These Store Credit Terms & Conditions apply to all OAPOR Store Credit issued to customers, including promotional credits, credits issued as part of an offer, and credits provided for returns, refunds, customer service adjustments, or other eligible transactions.
1. Store Credit
OAPOR Store Credit is issued to and linked to your OAPOR customer account. Store Credit is not a gift card, bank account, or cash balance and may only be used toward eligible purchases from OAPOR.
2. How to Use Store Credit
OAPOR Store Credit is linked to the email address associated with your order.
If you already have an OAPOR customer account, your Store Credit will be available through the account associated with that email address.
If you do not have an OAPOR customer account at the time the Store Credit is issued, your credit will still be associated with the email address used for your order. To access and use your Store Credit, simply sign in to OAPOR using the same email address associated with the original order.
Available Store Credit can be applied as a payment method at checkout. If your order total exceeds your available Store Credit balance, the remaining amount may be paid using another accepted payment method.
3. Expiration
Unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance, OAPOR Store Credit does not expire.
If a specific Store Credit offer has an expiration date, that expiration date will be disclosed when the credit is issued.
4. Non-Transferable
Store Credit is linked to the customer account to which it was issued and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or combined with Store Credit belonging to another customer or account.
5. No Cash Redemption
Store Credit has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If Store Credit was issued in connection with a purchase, promotion, return, refund, or other transaction that is later canceled, refunded, reversed, or determined to be ineligible, OAPOR may adjust or remove the related Store Credit as appropriate.
For purchases paid in whole or in part with Store Credit, any eligible refund attributable to the Store Credit portion may be returned to your Store Credit balance in accordance with OAPOR's Refund Policy and applicable checkout functionality.
7. Taxes & Shipping
Store Credit is a payment method and does not constitute a discount on the price of merchandise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are calculated according to the order and shipping destination at checkout.
8. Currency
Store Credit is issued in the currency associated with the customer's shipping destination at the time the credit is issued.
If no shipping address or shipping destination information is available, Store Credit will be issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) by default.
Store Credit may be converted to another supported currency upon request. To request a currency conversion, please contact OAPOR Customer Support.
Currency conversions will be calculated using the exchange rate determined by OAPOR at the time the conversion is processed. This rate may differ from prevailing market, bank, or payment-provider exchange rates.
Once converted, the Store Credit balance will be available in the new currency and may be used for eligible purchases in that currency.
9. Eligible Purchases & Restrictions
OAPOR Store Credit may be used toward eligible one-time purchases of physical products available on OAPOR.com.
Store Credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards, digital products, subscription purchases, recurring charges, memberships or membership fees, additional Store Credit, or any product, bundle, or offer that includes Store Credit as part of the purchase.
These restrictions apply even if an ineligible transaction is successfully submitted or processed at checkout. OAPOR reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that uses Store Credit toward an ineligible purchase, including orders that have already been accepted or payment has been processed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any Store Credit returned following the cancellation of an ineligible order will be restored to the applicable customer account in accordance with OAPOR's Store Credit and refund procedures.
Additional product, service, or promotional restrictions may apply where specifically disclosed at the time the Store Credit is issued or at checkout.
10. Promotional Store Credit
Store Credit issued through a promotion or special offer may be subject to additional eligibility or redemption conditions disclosed with that offer. Where offer-specific terms differ from these general terms, the offer-specific terms will apply to that promotion.
11. Errors, Fraud & Misuse
OAPOR reserves the right to correct Store Credit issued in error and to suspend, adjust, or cancel Store Credit obtained or used through fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
OAPOR may update these Store Credit Terms & Conditions from time to time as permitted by applicable law. Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect Store Credit already validly issued except where required by law or necessary to correct an error, fraud, or misuse.
By using OAPOR Store Credit, you agree to these Store Credit Terms & Conditions.
